Describe a word indicating how you feel.
Describe a word as to how you are.
Describe a word as to how you'd like to be.

We sometimes get caught up with drama in our lives and lose sight of how we feel inside.
Sometimes we need to slow down, take a deep breath and collect our thoughts and reflect upon the basic stuff that keeps us grounded and in touch with how we're doing.
As an exercise in really giving yourself the gift of insight and to just let each other know how we're doing I've created this three word thread for us to chill and see how we're all doing.

I'll start off:

I feel passionate .
I am excited.
I'd like to be more relaxed today.
