That your honest and confronting your feelings is good, i know it probably doesnt seem like it ATM but that your questioning the status quo in your life is far better than just living day to day in that semi alive - auto pilot state.

I dont know if this helps at all but the quickest way I can think of to feel truly alive is to do something that you fear.

I have two cuts along my gums that no longer are just a nuisance but really bloody hurt when I eat. Eating is no longer a happy experience. Damn cuts :/
