Charlie and Rodrigo become Big Brother's first gay couple as they share passionate embrace
There has been plenty of romance over the ten years of Big Brother UK.
However, Charlie Drummond and Rodrigo Lopez broke new barriers when they shared a kiss under the bedsheets recently.
After weeks of practical jokes, rowing and making up, the two openly homosexual housemates gained the distinction of being the show's first gay couple when they passionately embraced.
The night before the two had shared a bubble bath, where Charlie shaved Brazilian Rodrigo's legs.
New housemate David Ramsden is likely to be left disappointed by the burgeoning romance.
The 28-year-old clothes sorter had earlier confided in Charlie Drummond, 21, that he fancied the Brazilian student, 23.
Although there has never previously been a gay couple in the show, Big Brother's first gay kiss came in the show's eighth series when housemates Seány O'Kane and Gerry Stergiopoulos smooched during a game of truth or dare.
On last night's show the housemates were seen taking part in a Grecian-themed shopping task.
Rodrigo and Charlie once again had a row as they tried to recreate the Stavros Flatley dance from Britain's Got Talent.
After being insulted by Charlie, a tearful Rodrigo retreated to the diary room, where he vowed: 'I will never talk to Charlie again.'
But they soon made up again and completed the dance as the others cheered them on.
