Default Bodyline Sydney
Hi guys new to this forum, I have always wanted to try Bodyline in Sydney but I've heard many things about it like:

- place is not well maintained with broken tiles and showers
- rude staff
- punters with attitude (I've read in some forums the punters are almost exclusively twinks/caucasians/self-obsessed men with attitude/no asians)

Please help me sort out which is true and which is not.

Thanks a million!

from what i can gather different saunas attract different kinds of people:

Bodyline: pretty boys, muscle boys
Ken's: hairy types
357: asian guys

it's not a strict rule, just what i've heard about the dominant "types" that go to each venue.

Explore it for yourself.
Only you can make your own experiences.
You can't seek the advice of an intensely individual thing like a sex on premises venue.
Go.
If you don't like it, the worst thing is wasting $23.
If you like it, you could go on to meet the man of your dreams.

Are you sure you weren't having lunch at King Steam and noticing all the mature men having lunch at Hungry Jacks???

- "Attitude" is hard to define
- Facilities look a bit worn out and some need to be cleaned (eg greasy room walls, dusty sofa)
- Where is the 'mini-gym' on level 3 as per their website? does it exist?
- Staff were not really rude, just indifferent
- Venue was smaller that I expected

Next Project: Sydney City Steam. Any thoughts/tips?

Presumably it's 357 Sauna you are talking about. A mixed crowd with more asian boys. Lunch time specials are busy i hear.

Let us know how you go.

Anyway, Hungry Jacks' Angry Angus is much tastier and less greasy than McDonalds' Mighty Angus. But it's smaller in size though!

You told me size wasn't important!

I plan to go there Thursday lunchtime for the discounted entry. I heard the lunchtimes are busy with city workers/professionals, and many of them return in the evening after work with a pass-out voucher.

I will get back to you as soon as I can hopefully I will have a passionate shag with a young aussie guy (sexually I'm not usually attracted to asians but i'm not a racist ok?)

And next on your list should be Ken's at Kensington - used to be my favourite sauna, especially Sunday arvo/evening was the best time....

If however I find the man of my dreams at 357, this will be the last stop. Next stop will be his bedroom!

So if Kens used to be your favorite, what's your new favorite?

Have been to a sauna in years - but if I did it would still be Ken's......

Oh, exchanged numbers? That sounds nice.

For a minute I thought you were going to say you had sex with him!

I read that bodyline after gaydar was the most likely place to catch an std.

Anyone want to share having caught anything from an encounter there?
Tinea maybe?

lol.

I got NSU from KKK once. Of course back then we still had $1 and $2 notes.

Sorry, nothing more recent.

However, my favourite sauna was always Roman Baths in Pitt Street.

Hi guys

Im coming down to sydney in jan, im just wondering where the best places to go are. The last few times ive come to sydney ive gone to 'Signal House' in oxford st which isnt to bad just a little small. Out of BODYLINE, 357 , AND SIGNAL HOUSE , what do you guys reccomend is the best place that generally attracts a young crowd between 18-25ish, twinks. im 22. And also the best days and time? im really not into all the spa and sauna and getting wet scene, im more into crusing through the halls and meeting guys so could you please tell me what you all think is the best.

cheers

one more thing, i know that in 357 u must undress and only have a towel around in once you enter, but for bodyline is this the case aswell? or are you allowed to be fully dressed?

thanks

Being fully dressed kind of defeats the purpose. They're there for your body not your soul.

I'd really only recommend 357 if you're into Asians or older Caucasian guys. Sure, there are other types of guys there but those two types are the most predominant.

Bodyline has the younger and muscular Caucasian crowds, but you really need to be there at a stupid time, like 2am, to catch the Arq crowd next door if you really want to see lots of action.

Yes 2am is a stupid time.
Most men's sex-clock is 24/7.
Why invest $25 on an empty sauna?
The owners refuse to tell me when the peak times are.
I've been told that one venue's most popular night is half-price night.
If I owned a venue I would increase or reduce the admission the price according to the number of customers.
Supply and demand.

But if someone rings and asks if it's busy, and the sauna people say 'yes', then by the time they get there it's not, could that be construed as deceptive and/or misleading conduct?

Cause there are people that would jump up and down for a refund cause they didn't get any based on being told that it would be busy.

Plus it could be packed and you still may not be able to find anyone. It may even be empty and you could have the best sex ever. It's so hard to tell.

People are willing to make concessions with the person they have sex with if it's emptier because they don't wanna waste their money.

I'm no expert, but if your that self conscience then don't go to the place, maybe the fully clothed venues are more for you

Has anyone been to Ken's lately? Is it still a goer?

And what about Kingsteam?
