Be careful what you ask for. Gossips tell me he is a closet case and has to buy his friends. Gossips also tell me that Julianne Moore is heavily featured in the US advertising but only appears in one short scene. This movie is a good start for a novice film-maker because the book was written by a second-order English writer with paper-thin characters, no plot and almost no dialogue. The main character hates himself but there is a great deal of very attractive eye-candy.
