Adriana Xenides just died in a sydney hospital related to her stomach problems. The death was apparently sudden and unexpected.

She was famous for the many years she spent on wheel of fortune. RIP.

Awww, I loved Adriana. Especially her sexy surname.

Apparently she was a highly intelligent woman. A member of Mensa or some such I believe.

I lived in Adelaide for a while, and she's from there.

My mate's mum was a news reader in Adelaide and was friends with her.

She had a pretty bad time with her health for years.

She was also pretty sweet and down to earth and as camp as all fuck.
She loved the gays.

I think I kind of felt sorry for her.

She was really kinda tortured in her later years and lets face it.

It's not like she was some annoying little kid that got run over by a car and got terribly burnt or killed in her pageant dress.

She was innocent.

Adriana was a good person, we once had a mutual friend and all went to dinner in Alexandria (Syd) about 7 years ago.
She had a lot of problems with her health even then.
She was indeed very intelligent, charming and elegant.
Her mother passed several years back in her early 90s and last lived in Newtown.
Adriana had been living in the Liverpool area for over 6 years that I knew of.
