Hmmm. I am nicotine-free at the moment. I plan to give up sugar in my coffee and join a gym soon.

I would, but its my mums birthday on July 4th - and there is no way I could survive a trip home to hobart without drinking to excess at some point.

When I get drugs for free - is that being "sober"

I only consider myself "high", if I have paid for the drugs myself.
It is no measure of health- to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.

I'm doing 3 weeks now, for pretty much the same reason! The only reason someone doesn't drink at our family events is pregnancy... barring immaculate conception I'm not breaking tradition...

I have really gotten my act together lately though.

I tend to be drug free most of the time and only tend to get totally smashed if I have to drive kids anywhere or operate heavy machinery near Sophie Delizzio's house.

I have only been munted about three times this year.

I'm doing a half marathon on the 1st of August... so the back end of July will be dry again for me! Anyone wanna come watch me collapse across the finish line :-)
