They all USE each other in a big way.

I sometimes think wouldnt it be great to disband all the parties and start with fresh ones and get rid of all those so called power brokers. Current lot of power brokers are failed politicians and look where NSW is. Why cant people wake up to that ?

Well, for starters: he refused to endorse the Margi Gras a few times, he refused to accept responsibility for Aboriginal Holocaust, little-own say 'sorry'- Black arm-band of history revisionism/ whitewashing. He won two elections due to racsim : the 'boat-people' and the Republic - ie anti multi culturalism. So culturally he was reactionary - not healthy.

Economically , he just benefited from the Chinese Mineral Boom.

I he was a vain little nerd

Well, are you being armchair-ish now? You should get into local politics instead of bleating about it ad nausea . You'd have to consult a stylist and publicist first.

You failed to answer my question like a skilled polly....

I he was a vain little nerd

yeah but he did good things as well
most politicians do a mixture of good and bad - it's human

he brought in gun laws

tax rates lowered to where they are now from the 18-23% they had been during hawke & keating

the debt he turned into surplus and left behind is one of the main reasons we survived the global financial crisis well

etc

he wasn't responsible for it

what's wrong with private health care rebates? the more people you have in private health care, the less people use up taxes and public hospital beds.
it ends up saving money.

I think selling assets can be good as long as you separate (and possibly keep majority control of) the infrastructure, but no one ever does that

The so called 'gun buy back' did absolutely less than zero to address the so called problem.
Legitimate firearm owners returned legitimate firearms and did not get their worth back.
Illegitimate firearm owners with their illegitimate firearms did not return their firearms.
So has the problem that needed to be fixed fixed? Negative.
Firearms incidents are always with illegitimate firearms, not legitimate firearms.
Bad bad Johnny.

And he is the most homophobic little thug I've ever had the misfortune to cast my eyes on. When he visited work, I was conveniently required to be somewhere else.

cheers,
Dion.

What is straight? A line can be straight, or a street, but the human heart, oh, no, it's curved like a road through mountains.
