Does anyone else read"Supersuper"? Its this insane British fashion magazine with an eyebleeding, dayglo nu-rave trash-glam aesthetic. I just love it. The cover of the latest issue looks like this:



Cat Unicorn. Excellent. I've actually bought it to donate it to my school's library so the smalltown kids can get some decent fashion pointers.

I've tried wearing a sneaker on my head, but I could never find the right size. Head sneakers must use US sizes, maybe that's the trick.

it's funny how there's such a small number of mainstream Australian zines that cater to an obvious market of digitalised, colour-hungry kids who need an explosion of visual information. graphic overload should be praised, not smothered by traditional constricts of magazine editing.

i love vice and monster children right now.
albeit for the older reader (mid-late teens and up), they do whatever the fuck they want.

also, i happen to think that the big issue is one of the best ideas ever. probably because i don't live near a city centre and still get starry-eyed over community media.

I've now read through the magazine. the text actually matches the overwrought visuals. It is wonderful. Here are some of my favorite bits:
