NSW, especially Sydney, has the highest number of people living with HIV in Australia. Positive people living with HIV are at extremely high risk of cancer, heart attack, fracture, dementia, brain injury, stroke, tooth decay, mental illness and death compared with any other health issue. This has been known, and shown in research for years.

What does ACON do? Ms No Name changes the organisation to an LGBTI health service, and tries to change the name to Crystal Palace?! Her journo partner deserves a mention here, as she Ruthlessly supported and egged Ms No Name on to make these changes.

Shame, I wonder if they are sleeping with Carmel, or the fact that we have an American Premier allows these tragedies - have you heard about HIV in the US?

I'd put in my recent atrocious experience with the Treatment Officer here, but I'm afraid the same same forums have been taken over by bored twinks and vindictive non-productive trolls who have nothing sensible to add.

I might say, Nicholas Parkhill says that these people are "serial complainers" but at the end of the day, ACON have no real complaints procedure in place and I doubt they deal with complaints in an acceptable manner. Especially considering the money they receive from the government. That's why I intend to put my complaint in writing to the Health Minister direct.

Staff who abuse clients should not be tolerated in any government funded NGO or Department.
