Default Tension headache
A shout out to paracetamol.

You inspired me to wake up this morning with a horrible tension headache.

What is everyone's best remedy?

Big day on the cards today so Merysyndol (sp?)l night strength isn't entirely practical.

Funny (well not really) that you should post this. I've been suffering shooting pain up my neck and headaches for a week! Been to physic, consumed a heap of pain killers all to no avail. I'd like to find a solution too.

He He... My Remedy is 'non-drug' related, try smiling everyday. For real...that's what I do even if the day is really bad I smile ,voila bob's yer uncle.

but if you must maybe nurofen but check if you have allergic reaction etc..... *disclaimer notice*

Its not an apple a day that keeps the doctor away but smile away and keep the docs away

Neck pain...I know you want quick remedies but in the future try sitting/standing upright .Bending for long periods might cause stress on neck etc.

Sleeping wrongly also affects the neck etc.

Lotsa love...get better soon .

I don't think there is actually any difference between them both.
