Who the hell do they think they are? Most of them drive like maniacs on the road.

Today, I lined up my car to do a hook turn. The traffic lights started to change from green to orange. While I was waiting for the car in front of me to make the turn, this idiot taxi behind me decided not to 'follow the leader' and he drove in front of us. Another idiot taxi who was behind him almost smashed into my car as he was trying to get into my lane. Luckily, nothing tragic happened. I was feeling shaky and also very angry throughout my journey home.

Let me get this straight:

1) You're suppose to 'follow the leader' when doing a hook turn. If the car in front of you didn't turn, you should beep at him/her. You don''t jump into the lane of a car in front of you.

2) That lane could only fit three cars to do a hook turn. That fourth car (bloody taxi driver) decided to jump on board because he didn't want to wait.

Maybe he just doesn't understand the ridiculous concept hook turns are.

th thing that pisses me off more than anything else on th road is ppl who wont/cant drive at speed in th fast lane - ffs! if u cant drive at speed then get th fuck outta th right lane

best thing to happen in last few weeks has been a blitz of sorts on th F3 targetting these peeps - $275 and 3pts - that'l learn them

I have done almost 180 kph on the way to canberra on a quiet morning lol. I got not caught but it was scariest thing to do i' wont do it again!!!!!!

Although gotta say, Sydney has the worst road rage! I blame three years of driving in Sydney for my incurable desire to yell obscenities from my hatch back at every opportunity!

OMG....worst drivers i've seen were on a Topfield PVR box for Windows XP, they hadn't been updated since 2007 and it was the slowest USB transfer I've ever seen!!! took like hours to export data across....terrible terrible drivers, what were they thinkingr?

Andy, these bad habits and disregard for others derives from them originating from third world counrties.

I have seen it first hand in Colombia, Egypt and India.
And repeated in the Middle East such as Abu Dhabi and Dubai where many Afgan and Indians are taxi drivers.

Doesn't matter where it was derived from, in the Australian context, Sydney is pretty hard core! You drive even a km under the speed limit and people are up your arse flashing lights and horns going (normally I wouldn't object) but on the road that can be just dangerous!

The driving style in Sydney is very aggressive! Not that there is anything wrong with that... I actually liked driving in Sydney, now it's just frustrating to drive anywhere else!
