I've said this before, a lady never tells.

It was a pretty scary experience cos it was deep in bushland. I saw a snake or worm too. It was alive or covered in ants or something. It moved tho.

Wow. Thanks Irene. What kind of shop do you own?!? I may have to pass up the sale though cos I've been camping a lot and I have this kinda thing down pat

I was 14 and skiing over the lake side of Falls Creek, before there were any facilities over that side, and I needed to pee. So I found some trees between the runs and dropped my pants, leaving my skis on. Midstream, the skis started to move and in a squat position I could neither stand nor control the skis. So, out I glide into the middle of the run, pants around my ankles and still squatting. As a child I would have dealt with it OK, or as an adult, I could have laughed it off, but as a 14 year old I was totally mortified.

In the non-winter months it's an outdoors store (camping, bushwalking, kayaking, mountain-biking etc)

So anytime you need stuff, let me know - I always undercut those big chains.

that awkward moment when your kid wakes up in the middle of the night and asks... mother why are all those people in your bed?

*laughing uncontrollably*
But yeah, that age is the WORST for that to happen. Kids aren't very self-conscious, and adults have life experience :P , but the earlyish teens?

The awkward moment when you're sketching mindlessly and realise you've drawn a naked woman, really well, without any references. And then you start to wonder why that is (I've settled on blaming the boob thread :P ).
And then, the additional moment when you try to replicate this by attempting to draw a naked man, and realising you have absolutely no idea how to start, despite seeing many more men more sparesly dressed than women.

I'm getting an online shop developed at the moment. I do have a winter one, but it's not a shop - only relevant for people calling into the shop.

The awkward moment when you take temazepam and diazepam to sleep but instead end up feeling sick and spend the next hour with your head in the toilet retching your guts out. *feels pretty*

You shouldn't mix your -azepams! Since it seems you are unlikely to follow this advice I hope you have at least learned to add an antiemetic to the cocktail in future

that awkward moment when your ex visits and, within quite a lengthy conversation and catchup session, mentions that she's got a new girlfriend and is somewhat taken aback by your nonchalance. I'm enjoying being single now enough to not really give a damn.

it does! I mean if she had told me a couple of months ago I probably would have cried but meh, I've moved on now.

and she was trying to convince me to go for it with my gorgeous nurse after she read about her on a brownie container (thanks mouse! :P). That conversation was a bit awkward too haha
