This has to stop. God I hope, in my lifetime at least, sexuality related suicides become a thing of the past. Well written open letter though. Very moving.

teh catholic church is effectively guilty of murdering Tyler. his catholic mother flipped out on him when he told her he was gay.

then when he was outed by Ravi, he felt he had no safe space. Mom against him, his peers he feared would ridicule him

At an age where social acceptance is a teens most important need.

the catholic church of Benedict should be indicted for his murder. And in the USA 1000 - 2000 other gay kids driven to suicide by religion.

A religion that is the antithesis of what Jesus commanded - love thy neighbor as thyself
