I'm very confused. Why would someone specifically try to get themselves banned (not the first time sesame has done it), then create a new profile to come back and apologise? Why not just don't bother getting banned in the first place?

I can't believe I'm gonna bite cause the first line shows you're ignorance & I would have thought most of this should be obvious to someone of you're particular age. However here goes.

Wearing an earring does not mean anyone is gay, str8, bisexual or whatever. I know lots of people that are gay, str8 or bi that wear earrings but just as many that don't. Being attracted to both men & women would make him bisexual.
As for whether bisexuals like to make fun of gay people - seriously?. Just cause someone is gay or str8 or bi doesn't mean they are immune from being an asshole. I would say it's more likely he's an asshole as opposed to a bisexual that likes to make fun of gay people. Unless he's told you he's bi - or you've blown him during your lunch break or whatever I would refrain from even contemplating.
As for the bullying it does sound a bit trivial to me but I suppose if it's an issue bring it up to him to see his reaction if it isn't good & you still feel like he's giving it to you, so to speak, address it at a higher level ie supovisory or management level.

I'm bi and I don't make fun of gay people....unless they're complete muppets, then I'll have a go at them, but that goes for Straight, gay, trans and asexual alike.
