i think there was a thread a while bac (but i cant find it lolz) bout being in any u-tube vids

anyways ther'v just done a promo vid for th crossfit box (gym) i train at in brookvale

sps brooky finished 6th in th regionals (aust/nz/pacific) a cpl of weeks ago so we'r pretty stoked

im in this vid a cpl of times

and thats me also @ 3.42 going shoulder to overhead with the bar

that day really hurt cos it was heaps of combos of dead lifts, overhead squats (th 2 guys in front of me doing), power cleans & shoulder to overhead

no - not @ all

most men xfitters are somewhere between 80 - 100 kgs depending on height, build, etc but th total body fat % is negligible (im 90 kg fwiw)

I'll burn that off

been to do the big supermarket thing already
next up is full car wash/vacuum

then complete clean up of apartment and spare bedroom as mate staying the weekend

then hit the gym for back/biceps/abs workout

finish around 4pm then off to pick up mate at Airport then straight to Fox Studios for Prometheus !

and if I have a spare hour between now and 3pm will go for an hours walk

birthday wod fight gone bad - 17 minutes of hurt @ Rx for 273 reps ... 3 min rest ... then backed it up with 47 birthday burpees ...... i think im doing alright for 47yo

I'd do it, Mr Sneakos but prison uniforms, black leather gloves and exercise don't mix. (ask anyone at Wentworth Detention Centre - Meg Morris, Colleen Powell etc - they'll all tell you!!)

But if you ever need a cheer squad, well, maybe we could russle up some posters from "same same" and come along and cheer you on.

I can do wonders with rainbow pom poms and being The_Freak, well, let's just say if your opposition starts looking better than you - well, I'm a dab hand at rubber truncheons also......nobody watching.......quick swat!.......opposition taken care of!


(Mental Note To Self: Perhaps crossfit could add rubber truncheon twirling for beginners into program. Or at least advanced classes in "prisoner chasing over old corrugated prison rooves". God knows, looking at my avatar - I'd make the "cutest" cheerleader)
