Creative space available in our sunny, top floor Chippendale studio. It's a gorgeous warehouse space in a 3 level building of creative businesses (our neighbours are Dion Lee, Design By Them and the Invisible Artist Group). The space features abundant natural light coming from a full wall of windows looking out to the sky and leafy surrounds. You'll be sharing with 6 others. The collective is a mix of digital media start-up, a set and costume designer, a journalist, a visual artist and jewellery designer.
We're all super hard working, self-sufficient and friendly types that share a lovely and productive environment.
The secure space is fully equipped and set up ready to go with 24-hour access, high speed wifi, coffee machine, plants and fresh flowers delivered weekly, shared kitchen and a communal area for meetings etc. We’ve also got a fully functional cyclorama set up for photography, filming etc.
Space is available now and $80 pw (internet, phone and maintenance inclusive). A bond of one months rent ($320) is required up front.
Would suit producer/ writer/ photographer / fashion designer / graphic designer / web developer / online business etc.
