I love a good Malaysian-style lamb curry.

I never used to dream much until these last few months. Must be stress dreams. Dreams usually mean I wake up tired. @_@

I love the french red wine braised topside of beef roast i cooked about a month ago with organic parsnips, pumpkin, kipfler potatoes and sweet potato from the market. I made a bouquet garni out of fresh rosemary sprigs, bay leaves, oregano and sage. Was possibly the best thing i've cooked. I like standing around the kitchen (and oven) in the cold of winter!

but for 1 you end up with too much so I tried by just cooking up the meat on its own , still with onion , stock etc but that was it. Chuck steak cooked for about an hour. Then froze it in one serving lots.

Then when I want a casserole the base is done. Just defrost and add red wine or tomato paste or beer or guinness ( dont need much as only a single serve ) then all the veges/herbs you want. Ready in 30mins. yummmmmmmmmmmmmm

I love eating Bangers and mash with onion gravy in the sun after a good morning skiing. I love feeling so relaxed and not anxious for 14 days and counting. I too love the dreaming, so real flying touch colour freedom its all there like cinematic like

I love laying on the lounge on a cold Winter's night with the heater on, a nice glass of red and an old 30s-40s film on DVD.

I love that its Fri night and have the whole weekend ahead.

Nothing major planned just ME time.
