Is it me or do a lot of people where TOO MUCH Perfume?
My BF always gets craaAAanky if I spray more that 3 times.
Is it Not true that perfume should be a more intimate thing (ie you only get a wiff if you in close!)?
I used to work as a concierge in a luxury apartment building at circular quay – One of the residents perfume was so strong you could smell her for after an hour… after she had passed though the lobby … Invasion of personal space ??

My current personal fave sents are :

Burberry BRIT or LONDON Yummo !
Moubussin pour Homme TRES Yummo !! *

* This scent is by a jewelery designer who’s boutique is on the champs elysse in Paris. Legend has it that Audrey Hepburn used have an apartment upstairs and a direct line, so when she was heading out for the night she would Buzz down for some Jewellery …. When I went there in January to purchase … I got the serious looks…Yes the 50ml Bottle was surrounded with 60,000euro watches and bracelets … their looks were well founded …I bought THE CHEAPEST Thing in the whole store !! ha ha who cares I am STILL A CUSTOMER !!

It's so suffocating.

however guys seem to take right volume used...

I suppose it's all down to taste to.... walking past a hotel recently the BF got sprayed by some chick having a douse .... He stank & had to shower as soon as he got home ( the dry retching did it for him) I'm not talking about the fact that most fragrance have an alcoholic content that burns off .... a lot of guy love citrus types...No me I like more sandalwood & spice with a touch of sweet in winter....

I love Salvadore Dali in the pale orange bottle with the HUGE lips!!!!

Some of my dad's Old Spice does it for me - now that's a real man's fragrance. He was a truck driver (intertstae semi-trailers) and a sailor before that. I suppose that explains me.

my favourites are TABU, 4711 and Red Door.

i like to mix them on occasion - so that i smell like a heady combination of car seat covers, david jones elevators and nursing home waiting rooms.
