I just played this and my dogs didn't even wake up. They always jump when they hear dogs sounds so they didn't recoginse this as a dog sound. Ha Ha.

The dog has either:
(a) had a seizure, swollen tongue, in pain
(b) had a mini-stroke, lost control, spasms
(c) severely dehydrated, organs shutting down, panic

Whoever is the owner of this dog should be arrested for animal cruelty/neglect.
I'm serious. The poor dog is clearly distressed; probably dying. And you're all laughing? Fuckin' sad.

Sorry to say Ash but mate of mine has a toy poodle who can cry like this and is in no pain what so ever. The dog in this clip is excited put does have issues with its tongue as far as I can see. Just barks with a lisp. As apart from some catty queens who talk with a lisp (and no I am not referring to you ok?). :P

Ok. But the dog looks malnourished, it's tongue is lop-sided and it's bark doesn't sound normal to me. It also has jerky, Parksonian-type tremors. It's owner must have given it No-Doze or something. I know toy dogs are neurotic, but this puppy's on something......?
