Lindsay Lohan, everyone’s favourite Hollywood train wreck has seen the light and error of her ways.

Recently a glossy photo shoot in OK! Magazine showed Lindsay in her room at the Cirque Lodge Detox centre in Sundance, Utah, making amends and cleaning up her act since her recent scandalous activities.

Lindsay now spends her days working shifts at Smith’s, a nearby supermarket, giving her wages to charity, writing in her journal and strengthening her spiritual side with classes.

“She’s been really worried about the influence she’s been having on her little sister Ali,” OK!’s editor-in-chief Sarah Ivens stated. “That’s why this time she’s determined to sort herself out, because she doesn’t want Ali to grow up and suffer the same things she’s suffered.”

Although Lindsay’s shoot in OK! does seem to show Lindsay trying to find redemption for her wild ways, even including a picture of her with her hair pulled tightly back, reading from a big book called Alcoholics Anonymous, it’s hard to tell if the young Hollywood starlet means it or if it is all for show.

Celeb gossip site TMZ.com reports that since the photos hit newsstands there’s a “strong possibility” that the Los Angeles district attorney’s office won’t charge Lindsay with felony charges for the July 24th DUI.

TMZ also report that the cocaine that Lindsay was found in possession of is not to incur a heavy charge by the DA as it was only in her pant pockets and not in her system. This means that the prison time Lindsay would face would be reduced from years to days.

A very close call indeed.
