Pop Heavyweight Shows Her Tough Side
It’s part gangster, part pimp, and part boxing champion… but it’s definitely sexy. Of course, we are talking about Madonna’s hot new incarnation. She’s ditched the ‘Flashdance’ disco camp and lycra in favour of a harder more urban look.
Despite being nearly 50, the material girl is still showing all the rest that she is the undisputed champion of pop and heavyweight of the music industry.
Madonna ‘floats like a butterfly and stings like a bee’ in this new artwork for her much anticipated album Hard Candy which features the controversial star wearing a bling-tastic boxing style title belt, black leather gloves and thigh length black leather boots.
Emblazoned on her belt is the phrase “Give it to me”, and she also sports a huge pimp style ring that spells out her hip-hop wanna be nickname ‘M-Dolla’.
Her latest album in three years, Hard Candy to be released in the UK on April 28th, reveals the pop chameleon’s latest rebirth and musically will feature collaborations with hit producers Timberland and Pharrell Williams.
The first single from the new album, 4 minutes is a new urban dance affair and features the vocals of Justin Timberlake and Timberland.
