Aussie Man Arrested In Bali
A 61 year old Australian man is currently being detained by authorities in Bali on allegations of sexual assault against two teenage boys.
According to Bali police, Phillip Robert Granfield, a retired accountant, was arrested this morning at his villa at Buleleng, in Bali’s north, and is still being interrogated.
They allege that he sexually harassed two teenage boys, one aged 16, the other 18, and had been doing so since since March this year. Apparently Granfield gave the teenagers 25,000 rupiah in cash as a gift. One of the teenagers has apparently recorded an incident on their mobile phone, which has been given to police.
