Jumbo Shrimp DeGeneres De Rossi
There have been some pretty bizarre names given to children born to celebrity parents. There’s Michael Jackson’s son Blanket, Gwyneth Paltrow’s daughter Apple, not to mention Peter Andre and Jordan’s daughter Princess Tiaamii.
In a recent interview, Ellen DeGeneres has lightheartedly said that when her and Portia eventually have a child, they may name the baby Jumbo Shrimp.
When the subject came up in a recent interview with People Magazine, de Rossi talked about the subject a little more seriously. “We go back and forth [on the subject of children]. I don’t know if it’s our immediate future. It’s something we talk about every few months.”
“It’s something we would never take lightly and just say, ‘That would be fun,’” DeGeneres added. “It’s a lot of work and we recognise that. In a way, we want to be selfish because we love our life, but we know how much that adds to it.”
Ellen also said that if the children would turn out to be as attractive as Brad and Angelina’s, it would sweeten the deal.
