A preview clip from the new TV specials suggests the Absolutely Fabulous crew will be as funny as ever as they get to grips with social media.

“Shall I twitter that?” asks a puzzed Bubble as Edina rambles her buzzwords, before her uninvited mum calls in.

The short clip was revealed on a new episode of the Graham Norton show, with Ab Fab star Jennifer Saunders as a guest.

Three new half-hour episodes of the hit comedy have been filmed, showing Eddie and Patsy getting to grips with the run-up to the London Olympic Games.

Celebrating 20 years since Ab Fab started, they’ll premiere on British screens around Christmas, then come to Australia’s ABC1 in early 2012.

Ever since TV began , up would pop a series where the actors fit their roles perfectly. You see them being repeated all the time and Pats and Eddy
fit their roles to a tee.

if it seems like your sense of humour then you have to watch it.

Like any comedy some shows just average but then some shows are 10/10 and you have to listen
to every word as a lot of innuendo happens.

Some series were weak but the good ones you will always remember.

Oh the folly of youth. Young man, as part of your gay education you must run out to the local DVD shop immediately and borrow every season of Ab Fab. Otherwise when you finally get to Oxford St you won't get half the jokes.

Actually, don't bother with the last season. It wasn't really up to scratch.

If you love vicar of dibly then you'll love Abfab, and the to lead actresses of both shows (dawn french and jenifer saunders) did a comedy sketch show called 'french and saunders'and they often did pardoies of madonna, spice girls and britney spears.

i was there for the filming of this episode! it was a riot. i cannot wait to watch them all on tele at christmas time. there was a cool twist at the beginning of the show (which we were all told to keep to ourselves, but it's very funny). patsy hasn't aged a day, neither has saffy, and jennifer saunders is just getting over cancer i think, so we can forgive her for looking a little older. :)

Do you have foxtel/austar at home Bobbyandmimmi? if so, the comedy channel is doing re runs of the old episodes of abfab on sunday nights. Plus abc1 is repating the seasons 5 on wednsday nights at 9.30.
