Continually voted the Worst TV Show Ever by TV Guide magazine, The Jerry Springer Show is still going strong in the US.

The show is as controversial as ever and is often criticised for its exploitation of the vulnerable.

Jerry Springer himself once even stated in an interview: “I would never watch my show. I’m not interested in it. It’s not aimed towards me. This is just a silly show.”

Critics have questioned the legitimacy of the show, but fans continue to watch, spurring on the 21st season and counting.

The show has seen a multitude of guests come and go (and sometimes come back again) with audiences drawn to the countless confessions, betrayals and inevitable free-for-alls.
