Divinyls To Rock Homebake
Much loved rocker and gay icon Chrissie Amphlett will be setting the stage alight when ARIA Hall of Fame inductees Divinyls reform to play Homebake this year.
Chrissie, who recently played Judy Garland in The Boy From Oz alongside Hugh Jackman, says that her and co-Divinyl Mark McEntee can barely stand to be in a room together anymore, but that’s not stopping them from teaming up for what’s going to be their first Australian show for over ten years.
This year Homebake is all about the ladies – The Divinyls, Missy Higgins and Sarah Blasko will be part of the line up for the December 8 event in The Domain. Midnight Juggernauts, Paul Kelly and Josh Pyke will also be making appearances.
More acts will be announced during the lead up to the event.
Tickets will go onsale August 20 through Ticketek.
