Gay New Years Eve Is Back
Gay New Years Eve is back in a big way. On December 31st this year, Fag Tag is teaming up with New Mardi Gras and Fuzzy (the masterminds behind Field Day, Park Life and more) to bring you the biggest gay NYE extravaganza that Sydney has seen in a long time.
Taking over the Hordern Pavilion at the Entertainment Quarter this New Year’s Eve, the new event, called Wildlife, is a massive celebration for the gay and lesbian community and their friends, restoring the infamous New Year’s Eve parties at the Hordern back to what they used to be.
To make sure it’s going to be one of the best events of the year, Wildlife is flying in the biggest line-up to hit gay Sydney in years for one night only. It’s going to star some of the biggest names in music to make it an event to remember, which we’ll be announcing very soon. Think of it as a sprinkling of the hottest new talent and the best of the past, and you might be on the right path. Between them, the headlining acts for Wildlife have won a few Grammy Awards. How’s that for a hint?
Wildlife is on at the Hordern on NYE from 10pm to 8am. Wildlife is proudly supporting the Gay and Lesbian Rights Lobby and ACON. Tickets go on sale Thursday November 1st. Stay tuned to Same Same for all of the details.
