Same Same is looking for a Melbourne Promotions Coordinator. We’re seeking a passionate, focused communicator with a desire to make a career out of the things they love most – writing, gay culture and events.
The role is part editor, part promoter and will see you driving Same Same’s promotions and community activities in Melbourne, including maintaining a variety of relationships, contributing local content, competitions, forums and events. You will be our eyes and ears on the ground, as well as the face of Same Same in Melbourne.
This extremely rare opportunity will suit a people person with incredible drive, energy, personality and desire to succeed.
Preferably you will have editorial skills and experience as well as experience in project coordination, with good organisation, and impeccable written and oral communication skills. The right candidates will have a wide circle of friends and strong knowledge and contacts within Melbourne’s cultural and gay scenes. The role is currently part time and offers excellent opportunities for career progression.
