Mika Can't Maka
Pop singer Mika has pulled out of the upcoming V Festival in March. The reason given by V Festival for the cancellation of one of the star attractions is that he informed them he was pulling out “due to conflicts that have recently arisen with the production schedule schedule for the recording of his follow-up album…..In an effort to create the best possible album for fans, Mika will need additional time to record in London.”
It’s a damn shame after the enthusiastic reception Mika received when he toured in June this year. Mika was to be part of a solid line-up for V Festival 2008 that includes AIR, Duran Duran, The Smashing Pumpkins and more.
V Festival is on around the country on the following dates:
Saturday March 29: Sydney
Sunday March 30: Gold Coast
Saturday April 5: Melbourne
Sunday April 6: Perth
