Teacher Learns Hard Lesson
A senior teacher at exclusive Sydney school Pittwater High has handed in his resignation after students googled him and found his profile on a gay hook up site, which contained naked photos, a description of his genitals and a detailed list of his sexual proclivities.
The teacher, who had been there for fifteen years, made the mistake of having the same username for both the sex site, as well as an educational site. According to The Manly Daily he logged into the educational site during a presentation to students and the username was there on the overhead projector for all to see. All it took was for a curious student to google the word.
The profile described the man as a 40 year old cuddly bear looking for fuck buddy / friend for fun.
“I am happily partnered just looking to spice things up a little with a fuck buddy,” says the profile. ”[I] prefer hairy chubby men but don’t get [too] hung up on it. I like men on the larger side older or younger is cool – not into twinks. Love facial hair.”
A student alerted the school principal to the matter last Friday.
It’s worth remembering that while it may feel private, the internet is often a very public place indeed.
