Sssshhh! The Hush Lounge Is Now Open.
Good news! Canberra’s got a brand spanking new gay venue to call its own. The Hush Lounge, located in Phillip, is all about providing a low-key, casual environment for the gay community to meet, chill and eat and drink with friends, without having to yell over loud, blaring music. There’s also a beer garden outside.
It joins well established venues Cube and Tilley’s and hopes to become a funky, arty, modern addition to Canberra’s gay scene.
The Hush Lounge is on the corner of Launceston & Irving Street, Phillip. Ph: 02 6282 1944. It’s open from Tuesday to Saturday from 4pm to 1am, Sunday from 12pm to 12am.
