Get Snapped This Midsumma!

The launch of Midsumma is just around the corner, and as part of the festival Same Same will proudly present Snap! – an exhibition of outstanding photographic images captured by our team over the past 12 months, shutterbugs who are easily some of the best scene photographers from right around Australia.

Same Same’s talented scene photographers present a revealing snapshot of who we are right now. These are more than just your everyday scene pictures. These photos are alive with magic, colour and movement, capturing the energy and the true spirit of our diverse community.

You’re all invited to the launch party of Snap! at Gasworks Arts Park on Thursday January 15 from 6pm. Come and mingle with your fellow Same Samers. There are also prizes to be won on the night and a portion of funds raised through the exhibition will be donated to charity.

umm...I am confused....isn't the launch of the Bad Behaviour calendar on the same night at the same place? or am I wrong? I guess I will find out when I go anyway :p

I checked it out.....both exhibitions are awesome, though very different....I'm impressed with Snap! that so many of the shots have a lot of very strong personality or emotion coming through. Peeps should go check them both out! :)
