You’ve got only days to check out Same Same’s hit exhibition for Midsumma before it gets packed up and sent to Sydney where it will feature in the 2009 Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Festival bar.
Snap! Is an exhibition of outstanding photographic images captured by our team over the past 12 months, shutterbugs who are easily some of the best scene photographers from right around Australia. And if you haven’t already seen it, where have you been?
Same Same’s talented scene photographers present a revealing snapshot of who we are right now. These are more than just your everyday scene pictures. These photos are alive with magic, colour and movement, capturing the energy and the true spirit of our diverse community.
A third of all sales from the exhibition will be proudly donated to the Gay and Lesbian Switchboard, so if you’ve had your eye on that special amazing pic, buy it and you’ll also be halping out a great community organization.
Snap! Currently exhibits at Gasworks Arts Park, 21 Graham Street, Albert Park, until February 8th.
