Melbourne Loses A True Star

Today, Melbourne trans performer and scene personality Vivian St James passed away.

Diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour this past Christmas, the much loved star of the Melbourne scene was told she only had months to live. As such, she’s been understandably missing from her usual performance haunts.

Sources close to St James say that since her diagnosis, she didn’t want any attention or to be surrounded by anyone except for her very nearest and dearest. She passed away peacefully at 5.30am.

Beautiful, charming and a true lady, Vivian St James will be dearly missed and always remembered.

Vivien’s close freind has stated that the funeral was likely to be at Le Pine Funerals in St Kilda, close to the Greyhound Hotel, He said details of the funeral would be published under the name ‘Turrin’ or ‘Turrin-St James’ in the Herald-Sun.
