Naked photos of Australia’s Next Top Model lesbian contestant Lola Van Vorst have been published in this week’s Famous magazine.

According to The Age, the shots were taken by an ex-boyfriend. She alleges that he was testing his new digital camera.

“He asked if he could take some photos of me… I said yes, not even thinking they could possibly come back to haunt me one day… Although I’m not ashamed of the photos, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t worried about them potentially damaging my career… It’s not nice to know there are people out there willing to cash in on my fame and trying to hurt me. What I have learnt is that there are a lot of creeps out there willing to take advantage of you when you least expect it.”

Van Vorst told News.com.au that she won’t be pursuing legal action. “I don’t think it’s worth the time,” she said.

Van Vorst earned a reputation as a trouble maker early on in the series when she deviously sabotaged fellow contestant Cassi Van Den Dungen during a modelling challenge, which resulted in 16 year old Cassi throwing a tantrum and punching a wall, saying, “She’s lucky this isn’t her.”

Van Vorst came out as a lesbian last month in The Sun-Herald, and says that she kissed MTV VJ Ruby Rose earlier this year, saying that “it was one of her best ever”. She’s currently dating a 23 year old Chadwicks’ model named Anne and they are reportedly “very, very happy”.

There is something in Lola's eyes; can't quite put my finger on it but I think she's not ready; reluctant or something...she will have her time in the sun later in life...
