Convicts Stripping For Cash

The Sydney Convicts Rugby Team will be hosting another one of their popular Rugger Bugger ‘full monty’ fundraisers at the Midnight Shift Saddlebar on Saturday February 20. Called “X-Rated”, the event will be the 10th the sporting group has hosted.

All door takings before 11pm that night will go directly to getting the team over to Minneapolis in June this year, where they will defend their world champion status at the gay rugby union world cup, also known as the Bingham Cup.

Rugger Bugger X Rated is on Feb 20 from 8pm at Saddlebar. Tickets are $20 pre-sale from the Midnight Shift, or $25 at the door.

Thanks for your honesty Sneakos. So as a 'welfare advocate' did you also say "i really couldnt give a shit" when gays on welfare stood to lose their income because no one was bothered to fight to protect them when the same sex relationship changes came in? Because I read a few hundred of them lost their benefits. Do you think everyone says the same about homphobia in our media? Because that is what I think encourages the bashers to attack us. I suppose everyone thinks the same, "i really couldnt give a shit" about ACON and BGF taking millions from the HIV+s, and that is how they can get away with it. (Except for that the fact that our gay media kills any comment on them might suggest people would care, if they were told the facts.) I'm not judging, 'they' say that Gen Y is the selfish generation because they've never known hardship, always had everything given them on a plate. But I am fascinated by this new social networking that behaves like maggots on a corpse, all over anyone with a topic deeper than a kiddy's pool of pee in a playground. Well, I guess the natural corollary to all this is that the fat footballers should just get the money to go to the US from ACON as they sure don't seem to want to waste it on HIV education or advocacy. I'm sure no one would give a shit.

I went out to a " Cruise Room" the other night and took my clothes off. Riots and pandemonium followed. I am waiting for some forum thread to start. Hopefully I was gorgeous but NOT too tiny. Those Convicts can only dream of being as pretty as me. Dream I tells you.

I am happy to support the convicts, at least if I can see their dicks. I am also happy to support BGF, especially during these difficult times for charities that were terribly effected by the GFC, and who have to compete for the shrinking charity dollar. I have heard rumours that BGF might have to fold - I hope not.

no - i actually said i couldnt give a shit about the bitchiness that (historically) has developed on these threads associated with ACON, and also, that i couldnt give a shit about the plight of the BGF clients on these forums. if it (that plight) fell under my work umbrella, then yes, id be all over it. however, as i mentioned, samesame for me is 'down-time' from work, and i make a conscious choice (most of the time) to separate work and 'down-time', sometimes more successfully than others.

But never mind, I'm sorry to cut into your downtime. Brolga, last year BGF spent 18 cents in the dollar on their clients. Even less this year as they are offering 'reskilling' workshops, like the ' the art of scrapbooking' course currently on offer. Bills will no longer be paid. So I don't really see how BGF folding would be a loss to anyone except those who 'work' there.

Midsummer had a dance party in a sauna lol Somehow that would never happen in Sydney. Although I remember when I was young there was a lesbian day at that sauna in Kensington... I so should of gone to that one
