Adam Lambert Confirmed For Mardi Gras

Adam Lambert jets into Australia today for a whirlwind tour, before his appearance at Sydney’s Mardi Gras party this Saturday night.

While Mardi Gras have adopted a policy of not confirming Party talent, Same Same has had confirmation from Adam himself that he will be performing.

Adam recorded a video message regarding his Mardi Gras appearance. Watch it below:

Same Same is presenting Adam’s Hum Records in-store appearance this Saturday on Oxford Street, and we gave one lucky member the chance the opportunity to introduce Adam to the crowd in the store, ask him three questions while on stage, and then jump to the front of the queue for a meet and greet, photo opportunity and album signing.

We’ve picked a winner, and Christopher from Sydney is the chosen one, who will be getting up close and personal with Adam this Saturday at the in-store. Everyone is invited to come along on the weekend to meet Adam and have him sign a copy of the album.

oh pls look at boy george in the 80's and david bowie etc. He is cool! Love love his amazing voice, songs and performances. He will certainly show us a great performance! Can't wait! Welcome Adam!

He's an entertainer and is entertaining us now. Who gives a flyin what he will be like in 10 years. He may survive and he may not but for the time being its his time. Looking forward to seeing him but wont be sitting the RHI for hours on end. So fingers crossed one of my "walks" coincides with his show. Now who else is appearing ? I do have it on good authority! that its George doing the midnight'ish show in RHI ! busting for the Hordern and Dome.

He will 'support us' as long as we support him and all those other American Idols with our Australian Idollars ~ He sang 'What Do You want from Me' on the Ch. 10 Dance Show tonight and said he would wear "boy-ish" clothing at the Mardi Gras Concert. Indeed. OMG, can marketing interests be confused with nationalism and a common 'gay' interest? Support? Hmmmm...?

There must be an element of natural curiosity & excitement Adam has about coming to Sydney for the very first time, though, surely, don't you think? He's coming here to perform, work & have some down time, too to relax & enjoy. So what? Working holiday. He's getting paid. Don't you think Adam deserves to get paid for working? Would you work for nothing?:confused:
