We’re searching for an Advertising Account Manager, and that could be you.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of professional experience in direct sales, preferably online. You will be passionate about the gay and lesbian community, enjoy socialising, relish taking the initiative and can charm the pants off everyone you meet. You will join a motivated and hard working team that loves both the community and the scene in all its forms, who are supportive, encouraging and fun to work with.

This direct sales role with Same Same requires you to be proactive, sourcing new business while managing existing accounts within the industry. You will be expected to hit quarterly sales targets and will be rewarded accordingly.

As one of the core team members of Same Same you will be spearheading marketing projects by working with the editorial and marketing teams. This team’s goal is to continue the upward growth in revenue and traffic that Same Same has seen over the past 3 years; Same Same now attracts over 115,000 unique browsers a month (Nielsen Online).

The full time position is based in Surry Hills, Sydney and would suit a go-getting individual who wants to be a part of an innovative media company.
