The daughter of PM Julia Gillard’s boyfriend is a real firecracker – and she’s with us on the gay marriage issue.

31-year-old Staci Child, who lives in New York with a woman she says is her best friend, posed wearing very little for the latest issue of racy Aussie bloke mag Zoo.

The magazine’s staff asked her: “If you were Prime Minister for a day, are there any changes you’d make?”

Child replied: “Oh, I’d probably let gays get married.”

The photoshoot and interview has been on hold until the election result was confirmed, but now that Gillard’s installed officially in the top job, Zoo ‘moved forward’ with the sexy spread.

Child is the oldest daughter of Tim Mathieson, who has been seeing Gillard since 2006.

She says she supported Gillard for Prime Minister, but admitted she’s not sure what the flame-haired politician would think of her revealing mag spread.

“I don’t know if she’d pose for Zoo, but if she did, she’d look very beautiful,” she concluded.
