Out lesbian songbird K.D. Lang is coming back to tour six Aussie cities this November, and will also be here this week to promote her brand new album out this Friday.

The concert tour will see Lang perform shows with her new band the Siss Boom Bang at the Sydney State Theatre, the Adelaide Entertainment Centre and the Canberra AIS Arena.

Lang will also play a series of very special outdoor shows – in Melbourne at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl, Brisbane’s Riverstage, and in WA at the Swan Valley Sandalford Estate.

Tickets to all seven shows will go on sale on Monday 18 April.

Lang also arrives in Australia later this week to chat about her new album Sing It Loud and perform songs in live TV appearances.

She’ll appear on channel 7’s Sunrise at 7:40am and 8:50am this Friday April 1, then ABC1 will feature an in-depth interview on its One-on-One show at 11:30am.

Naturally, she’ll also sit down for an interview with your friends at Same Same while she’s here.
