Openly gay Big Brother contestant David Graham captivated audiences with his story and regular tears on the show in 2006, and since then has been a staple figure within the community.
According to The Telegraph , the ex-reality TV star is now set to tie the knot after becoming engaged to his partner of just one year. David’s soon to be husband is Michael Cauchi and now that gay marriage is legal in New York, the two plan to marry there.
Friends of the farmer turned dog trainer said he and Cauchi, became engaged last week. One friend saying, “It’s fast but they’re totally in love and both really committed.”
This isn’t Graham’s first flirtation with marriage, some of you might remember back in 2006 when he announced that he planned to marry now ex-boyfriend Sherif Itawanak in a civil ceremony.
“This is the man I am going to marry,” Graham said of Itawanak, adding, “We are intensely in love and it’s not a fleeting infatuation. It is the most incredible thing I know of and anyone in my family has ever seen.”
However, the two split a year later. Hopefully marrying in the city that never sleeps, might be a little more promising for this relationship.
