“My boyfriend dumped me a week ago and I am TOTALLY over it, no matter what my mum says,” says bow-tied Melbournite Thomas Jaspers.

“Now that I am single I thought I had better get myself back on the market… So I made a dating tape.”

The 23-year-old’s comedic look for love, which premiered on YouTube last week, is proving an instant hit, entertaining thousands of viewers and earning Jaspers plenty of new fans and admirers.

We can only hope that this nice young man finds love soon! Check out his dating video below and give him a call.

BTW his ex-boyfriend is fellow comedian Josh Thomas. Tough act to follow?

Some of the best comedy is based on real life incidents, though it's usually family not boyfriends.

I agree with Ruby Rose though, that story was funny in March, less so in August.

I just think Josh gets far too much undeserved criticism, he's a young gay guy who has made a pretty good break entertaining others, power to him.

And some people call Picaso a shit artist.

Some people appreciate his comedy, others don't.

But entertaining a few thousand people accross the country on several tours means that apparently more then a couple of people are entertained by him.

I personally round rather see, say Alex Greenwich be approached about gay issues over Josh Thomas, but Josh is in the media as a celebrity, so he gets focused on more often then some of the people behind the scences who might be able to make a more professional comment on the issue.
