Gaga herself tweeted an exciting drawing of how her stage set-up may look…

“The Haus of Gaga and I have worked for months conceiving a spectacular stage,” said Gaga about the show. “THE BORN THIS WAY BALL is an Electro-Metal Pop-Opera; the tale of the Beginning, the genesis of the Kingdom of Fame. How we were birthed and how we will die celebrating.
“The Born This Way Ball will perform 110 shows around the world. The opening dates are out today, with more announcements to ensue,” she tweeted to her 19 million fans this morning.
Lady Gaga last visited Australia in July last year, where she thrilled her many Sydney fans with her ‘Monster Hall’ show in the Town Hall, plus performed amazing surprise shows at gay haunts Nevermind and Arq.
