The full line-up for Byron Bay’s 3-day Splendour in the Grass festival has been announced, including a return down under for Beth Ditto’s band Gossip and Lana Del Rey’s first Aussie show.

For 2012, Australia’s biggest camping festival will move back to its original beachside location at Belongil Fields for three massive nights of music from Friday 27th July – Sunday 29th July.

Jack White, Smashing Pumpkins and Bloc Party are headlining, with Kiwi singer Kimbra, The Kooks, Gypsy & the Cat, Missy Higgins and Ladyhawke also now confirmed.

Meanwhile, Videogames singer Lana Del Rey’s Aussie fans, who were left disappointed when she postponed her tour in February, will at last get their choice to see the newly-minted star.
