This real estate agent in Queensland isn’t shy about showing off his hot property online.

Kieren Gray, working in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast, stripped down to his Speedos for an attention-grabbing video which got the house sold and is proving to be a viral hit.

“This property’s so hot, you’ve got to take your gear off before you get inside,” Gray, clad in only his tightest swimwear and patterned socks, informs us. “Let’s check it out!”

His cheeky strategy seems to work. “People come up to me at open houses and they say, ‘Hey, you’re the guy in the Speedos’, and they know the property as well,” Gray laughs.

And it’s not the first time the same video production company has helped home sellers climb the property ladder.
