Twins impress Ricky on TheVoice

Melbourne-based twin-sibling duo Bec and Sebastian Ivanov won over Ricky Martin with their rendition of Jessie J’s hit song Nobody’s Perfect as The Voice began this week.

We’ll be seeing more of them – they’ve earned a spot on ‘Team Ricky’, with Martin coaching them in their bid to win the TV talent quest.

The out gay 29-year-old siblings, who are originally from Macedonia, share a taste in Jessie J’s music and also admit they’re both looking forward to watching the musical madness of Eurovision next month.

Same Same caught up with the pair as they performed live shows in Sydney last year.

“We are best mates and just have heaps of fun rehearsing, being on stage and just being able to hang out,” Seb told us of their musical partnership. Our older brother Julian plays acoustic guitar for our shows so it’s awesome sharing it all with him too.” Read the rest of our interview here.

Their version of the song is also now available on iTunes.

The Voice is broadcast several times a week on 9. Catch up with more from the show on its official website here.

They're ok, nothing special, they'd be great for x-factor, but not for the voice.

I didn't see this particular act on The Voice but I reckon Ricky Martin is a wonderful man with a good heart.

He's such a passionate mentor on the show.
