ASTRO entertainment is resident producer and choregrapher for shows at DARK EVENTS. Darkevents are uber creative folk that are all things colourful and outlandish. Creating dress up theme events throughout the year! Choregraphed high energy dance shows with fahion parades for CYBERBALL, LASH, SPLATTERBALL, HERESY, GEISHA, PEEP SHOW
Also performed for LECTROLAND.COM a place people that enjoy fantastic electro beats, fashion shows and being surrounded with amazing fashion instillations, full of colour and movement!
THE MARKET HOTEL a GTBLI nightclub in Commercial Rd, Prahran. Performing many times in Zowie Knox's shows. A club for the queer folk that enjoy good house music. Astro performed in a drag group called S.T.A.R (Swish, Tabitha, Astro, Regime) A weekly production on a regular thursday night.
UPSTART ALLEY is a group that host nights of variety acts catering for everyone from politaical to edge to music to drag, something for everyonne! Being a very different night to veiw entertainment this favour of night is becoming widely popular to attend.
XCHANGE HOTEL is a nightclub in Commerical Road, Prahran. Mainly performing Drag spot numbers every 2 weeks on a Wednesday or a Thursday night. Hosted by Barbra Quicksand or Tabitha Turlington.
STINGO HOTEL is a new veune Astro has peformed at on a Sunday. Nights hosted by good friend Anita Beer. Very camp night for a lazy sunday goers and loads of drinking with sausage sizzle in beer garden.
OPIUM DEN, Astro is the resident Events Manager and Host every Friday night, with a new night called "Gypsy Parlor" A night of madness, mayhem and bedlem. With Electroclash dj's Mr Dj Kingfisher, MIKE and NICNAC. Gypsy is a circus sideshow and is a Arts hub for the creative anbd inspiredby performance, Art and Music show casing Melbourne best up and coming talent. The night starts around 9pm, message Astro for a free VIP drink card which entitles you to entry and one drink on entrance.
FETISH EXPO, As part of the Leather Pride in Melbourne Astro produced the main stage show with 5 performers cast at the Fitzroy Town Hall.
BIZARRE MUSIC FESTIVAL
FEAST FESTIVAL, A GTBLI 3 week festival held in Adelaide, South Australia. Astro has performed for some of the programmes main highlights such as Mega Drag, Sleaze and the 2008 Upstart Alley night performing with international music bands such as TEAM PLASTIQUE (Berlin) and IKOCHI(Japan).
