I'm not originally from Australia, but I've found a home here. I moved to Sydney in 2003 from the US and haven't looked back.
Work brought me out here and a lot of my life is still consumed with the corporate drudgery. However, I'm spreading my wings and getting out, both of the house and of my head. I've found it can be a rather ominous place to be skulking around. My head that is, there's nothing wrong with the neighborhood I live in.
I've always enjoyed being a bit creative, but always lacked the follow thru to do anything other than tinker. I'm trying to change that now and continuing to explore way ways to express myself.
I've played around a bit with wood, leather, polyclay, ceramics, beading, photography, web design and even a bit of development for a 3d chat program. Recently I started painting. It's all been a bit of fun.
On a final note, I should mention that I am both spiritually inclined and a bit of a sci-fi geek. So for sake of ease I have combined these to deem Ford Prefect my patron deity. Therefore I find towels not only ultimately useful, but also of great religious significance.
