Latest Friends ~ More Friends

I visited Sydney from mid November to mid December, and I fell completely head over heels in love with this city. So I went home for the holidays and lodged my application for my Work and Holiday visa; it was approved within 3 days, and I've been living in Sydney since 1st January 2010!!

In twenty-two years of life, I have gained much wisdom from the struggles over which I have succeeded; but there is ALWAYS so much more to know and learn through experience and from the experiences of others.

I have always loved my friends and kept them close as they have been my family; after all, the laughter and love shared amongst family is the fuel of life.

Currently, I have decided to take a break from pursuing the safe and logical goals of societal standard (i.e. university) in order to fulfill the unconventional dreams I once had to travel and achieve a worldliness and self-satisfaction that can only be found by overcoming orthodoxy, convention, rationale, and a life enclosed by superficial walls.

I love to meet new people all the time, but sometimes find it difficult to make the first move... after my initial timidness dissolves - which it does relatively quickly upon meeting - I love to laugh, share stories, learn, and make connections that I will remember until I die. ^_^
